Last night was the CTDA Awards Banquet and congratulations are in order for both students who competed for year-end awards and WON! Shelley Fugitt was Schooling Show Intro Level Adult Amateur Champion and Bridgette Stevens was Schooling Show Under 12 Greenie Weenie Champion! They both were also in the 70% club! Great job! It was also both of their first seasons showing dressage!
Amanda Starr will be in town doing horse/human massage February 8-February 11/12. If you are interested in a massage in either you or your horse please contact her at 404-645-4469.
I talked to the saddle fitter Kate Wooten and she can offer a saddle fitting clinic if we can get 4 people to haul in for a fitting. If she does a clinic she takes $25 off each fitting making it only $40! Let me know if you are interested!
For those of you who want to show DRESSAGE this season please register with the Central Tennessee Dressage Association at www.tndresssage.com. If you register before Sunday the 26th it is a $40 fee, after that it goes back to $45. If you register and complete your volunteer hours you are eligible for year end awards.
Finally, the Stones River Pony Club will be the first show of the season for BFE! It is March 8th, and 9th. Saturday the 8th is Combined Training, and Sunday the 9th is Dressage. They have added a new Combined Training Division. It is called Amoeba and it is Greenie Weenie Dressage and Ground Poles.
